Diesel Mechanics - (Field Service) TRS Resourcing has been asked to source and screen suitable trade-qualified Mechanical Fitters. Our client specialises in earthmoving and construction, forestry, and quarry industries. They offer used and new machine sales services and hire equipment and parts.
We require a Mechanical Fitter on a full-time permanent basis who is proficient in hydraulics & pneumatics and will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs.
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on diesel-powered construction equipment
Identify and diagnose issues using computerized diagnostic tools and other equipment
Have a mechanical altitude
Inspect, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Be able to work in a team or individually
Qualifications and Requirements:
References from at least two past employers
