Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
Tuesday and Thursday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
