As a Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the Director and wider Store Operations team to ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information between various stakeholders. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and problem solving across a diverse range of tasks.
What does the role look like?
- Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
- Provide support to the Director in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist in the creation and preparation of internal and external correspondence and documents, ensuring they are treated with the strictest professionalism and confidence
- Assist in delivering effective and efficient meeting management, including preparation, execution and meeting follow up activities
- Analyse and consolidate data into meaningful reporting and professional presentations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders across hierarchy
