We currently have a position available for a Systems Engineering Manager to be based in Sydney, NSW. This is a key position on the team for a major project(s), as well as leading a team of engineers delivering a cutting-edge training solution to defence. This role will see you heavily involved in mentoring and leading but also the mapping requirements and facilitate the SEMP while delivering solutions.
This is a key role in the organisation tasked with delivering capability to the ADF.

Elicit / refine / document requirements
Lead and mentor a team
Review work tasks by technical staff
Facilitating teams on all systems engineering tasks
contribute to the development and implementation of a variety of plans
Identify project and product risks and escalate using defined processes
Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels
