Regional Sales Manager Mackay Region
Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a small team and drive business growth in the Mackay Branch , covering the Bowen Basin region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 3 (1 storeman, 2 junior team members)
Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships
Exceed sales and profitability targets while managing working capital
Conduct technical presentations, underground audits, and pull testing
Support existing customers and promote new products
Engage in sales negotiations and ensure service levels are met
Domestic travel and underground work required
