Starting out with just one single-engine aircraft in 1998, we have grown rapidly to be where we are today. Increasing heart rates and creating incredible exhilarating experiences is what we aim to do. We are currently preparing for the summer Skydiving season and are expanding our team and providing career progression opportunities across the company.
About you
You are a fully qualified and experienced Skydive Instructor with at least 2 years’ experience. You have fantastic customer service skills and are proficient in the English language. You hold an Australian Parachute Federation (APF) Tandem Master, APF E Licence with Display B endorsement, APF Parachute Licence, APF Instructor D Licence (or in the process of obtaining) and are Sigma endorsed.

Your responsibilities will include:
Perform and oversee daily operations within the Drop Zone
Coach students throughout the entire skydiving process
Perform tandem skydives
Ensure that all customer expectations are being met
Monitor and maintain all equipment, pack parachutes
Develop procedures for areas of operations
Liaise with management where required
Overseeing and ensuring optimal customer service for all customers and stakeholders
