Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and assess residents' health, reporting any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support residents and their families by providing education and emotional support.
Requirements:
• Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Previous experience in an aged care or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
