Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all facilities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Monitor and report on the condition of facilities, identifying areas requiring attention or improvement.
• Manage maintenance budgets, including cost estimation and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and costs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
