Roles and Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Cook in a restaurant, or pub environment.
- Energetic attitude, a team player approach and strong work ethic
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and menu creation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Who We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience as a Cook.

- Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S and food hygiene procedures.
- AQF Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Minimum two years experience in a similar role

Annual Salary - $73,000 - $75,000 pa.
