The kitchen brigade at Bula Hut Taste of Fiji is expanding to trade 7 days per week, so we require a full time experienced Cook.
An independently owned business, where the owners truly respect their staff and treat all with courtesy. It’s a fun, fast-paced and sophisticated environment. We are passionate about what we do – create great food; now looking for a like-minded person to join what is a small team.
You will play a key role in working with the Head Chef to drive innovation and new culinary experiences for our diners while being able to deliver the classics the restaurant is known for.
Responsibilities / Skills / Experience we are looking for:
- Leadership and motivation
- High standards in both work and personal presentation
- A positive attitude towards co-workers and customers
- A passion for creating not making
Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role.
The preference is to see those of you who have had experience in Fijian cuisine experience working within similar restaurants. Must have excellent English-speaking skills.
