This is a permanent full-time role working in beautiful CBD offices with 3 days in office working closely with a highly collaborative and social team and 2 days from home. The role Collaborate with brokers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of administrative activities for your accounts.
Make sure premiums are debited promptly and policies are issued accurately by preparing processing
Work closely with accounts and other departments to resolve accounting and processing issues
Build strong relationships with clients and brokers, becoming their focal and contact point for all service matters related to their accounts.
Attend client/broker meetings and support business development activities, including presenting and networking.
