Role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Site Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of engineering and production and the supervision of multiple teams across various shifts, to meet engineering, maintenance, production, quality, and productivity shift targets while ensuring adherence to WHS, Food safety and quality guidelines. Management of the site production and service delivery activities to exceed targets and meet customers expectations;
Identifying areas of opportunity that will enable improved productivity, including product development, equipment utilisation, labour modelling and plant operations;
