Overview:
Join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst, collaborating with data analysts, a Data Engineer, and system and policy experts. Your role will involve documenting current state processes, analyzing and addressing business pain points, and crafting optimized future state business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to define problems, requirements (functional & technical), and change impacts.
Document and prioritize business requirements, ensuring clear traceability.
Conduct business intelligence and data analysis.
Utilize Snowflake and Tableau to interrogate existing BI assets, enhancing where possible.
