Position Description An experienced Communications and Training Support Officer is required to work within the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Command. The services, delivered in collaboration with and under the supervision of nominated personnel, include, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Support and assist the Organisational Change and Communication Manager in developing, maintaining, and delivering communication plans and stakeholder-focused engagement collateral.
Develop, maintain, and deliver communication and training artefacts in various formats, including news articles, intranet pages, presentations, user guides, face-to-face classroom training, online modules, and recordings.
Work with a diverse range of stakeholders to plan, coordinate, facilitate, and deliver training and stakeholder communications to support systems implementation.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of communication plans relevant to different project stages.
Work effectively in a small team environment.
Remain accountable for the accurate completion
