The Position
Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades with a range of carpentry & handyman tasks
Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
Provide mobile device work orders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
