Reporting into the CEO of this scale-up, pre-IPO technology infrastructure group, this newly-created CFO role provides a unique opportunity to be a part of this innovative industry disruptor.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, this role plays a crucial part in overseeing the company's financial strategy, preparing & guiding them through the next phase of growth.
Specifically, you'll ready the group for imminent IPO. Whilst post-IPO, you'll hold responsibility for subsequent reporting, investor relations, compliance and regulatory matters.
You'll drive long-term financial planning and, in conjunction with the CEO, ensure continuing adherence to the company's strategic & operational objectives, including risk management, capital management, debt & equity financing and the provision of financial & commercial leadership for major infrastructure projects.
