Youth Development Coach (YDC)
As a Youth Development Coach, you will mentor and support youth through government-funded employment programs. Working closely with Youth Transitions Coordinators, you will help young job seekers develop their skills and career pathways, providing guidance, facilitating group sessions, and helping them overcome non-vocational barriers.
What you'll bring:
Experience in Youth Work, Community Services, or Disability Support
Ability to engage effectively with young people, particularly in Aboriginal communities
Strong group facilitation and program delivery skills
Career Development or Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
