Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor? This is an opportunity to join a great team based in BIGGERA WATERS . Available is a Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm shift. What you will be doing
Picking, preparing, and packing outgoing orders.
Receiving and storing incoming goods.
Handling stock inquiries.
Unloading goods from trucks.
Managing inventory levels.
Conducting equipment repairs.
Cleaning rental equipment.
Operating Walkie forklifts.
Delivery driving when required.
Purchasing goods and monitoring arrivals and lead times
Maintain inventory management systems, tracking stock levels through
regular stocktakes
Organise warehouse layout and storage systems to optimise space and
efficiency
Maintain a tidy work environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for
improvement, implementing corrective action as needed
Collaborate with management to develop and implement new policies and
procedures
Ensure all hazards are reported and dealt with swiftly and safely
What you will need Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor. You will need to be safety focused, physically fit and able to complete manual tasks.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center, preferably within a health care or related setting.
Proficient in manual handling, with a focus on safety and care in handling products.
Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of meeting critical deadlines.
