Bathers' Pavilion Bathers' Pavilion, Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant, is located at Balmoral Beach just 20 minutes from the city. Bathers' has a two hatted Restaurant, busy upmarket Bistro, Thai Restaurant, Function Room, Kiosk and Art Gallery. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic full time Senior Chef de Partie to help drive and support our two hatted restaurant and one for our busy Bistro. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two - three years experience in a similar role and will be assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in executing a high quality product. The position is full time and shifts will include weekend and evening work. Applicants should have resident status or hold an appropriate fulltime Australian work visa.
