PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Senior Business Analyst will ensure the successful design and development of solutions for Sales and Service. This will include analysis activities for new business processes, new products and operational process improvements.
This role will be responsible for directly leading and supporting up to 6 Business Analysts.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

Effectively lead a team of Business Analysts, including:
Coordinating which initiatives are assigned to each Business Analyst
Demonstrate best practice business analysis and mentoring team members under guidance from the BA Centre of Excellence where required while updating the teams skills.
Gather system and process requirements and design innovative solutions to business problems, which may involve:
