About the Role:
The Youth on Track Caseworker is responsible for delivering culturally attuned and focused case management services to Aboriginal young people aged 10 to 17. This role is pivotal in supporting young people through their interactions with the justice system, facilitating community reintegration, and addressing the unique barriers that our young people may encounter. The aim of Youth on Track is to reduce re-offending by young people and prevent them from having long-term involvement in the criminal justice system.
