THE ROLE
This role is responsible for providing support on a wide variety of projects including new store setup, refurbishment, site maintenance and general property management related activities.
- Review and identify maintenance requests from stores - Attending to maintenance requests, coordinate trades and landlord to have works completed - Implementation of ongoing routine maintenance - Ordering new store materials (shelving, POS components) - Accurately preparing and distributing maintenance quote requests and work orders - Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates
