key responsibilities:
Technical analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze and document technical requirements
Work closely with engineers, JE and operational teams to design and implement solutions
Conduct detailed system and process analysis to identify gaps, optimize performance and propose enhancements
Create technical documentation include system designs, data models and API specifications

Scrum master duties

Act as a leader to agile teams, facilitating ceremonies
Coach the team on agile principles and ensure adherence to agile best practices
Remove impediments
