ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining Executive Chef Robin Wickens and a passionate kitchen team, this unique and highly sought-after opportunity will see you work in a fast-paced environment with a menu focused on sustainable and seasonal produce.
Our kitchen is driven by the philosophy if we can't grow it we don't use it. This opportunity will see you harvest daily from our 1.2ha kitchen garden and develop your understanding of seasonal produce.
You will commence working a fortnightly roster in Parker St Project (Wednesday - Saturday) with 3-day weekends (Sunday - Tuesday).
You will take responsibility and ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared according to standard recipes, and supervise and train other kitchen staff as well as order and manage stock.

REQUIREMENTS
Commercial Cookery Certification or equivalent work experience
Driver's licence & reliable vehicle
Demonstrated experience within a fine dining establishment
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
REMUNERATION
Salary package circa $73,150-$80,000 (AUD) p.a. depending on skills and experience.
