With our exciting growth and expansion, were seeking an Efficiency Specialist ANC. In this role, youll mentor and coach key digger/shovel operators, enhancing their skills to meet daily and monthly targets and boosting overall business efficiency.
About the role
Ensure all project personnel operate safely and comply with all relevant acts, regulations, laws and client rules within the Indonesian mining industry.
Provide accurate reporting and communication to the L&H Production management on project performance.
Identify and minimise risks within the L&H Production.
Supervise projects and programs that enhance safety, environment, production and efficiency.
