Opportunities for professional development and training. Task & Responsibilities Collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved. Providing senior management with advice on critical matters and executing their directives. Supervising contractor activities and reporting on any changes to work orders. Preparing and evaluating submissions and reports related to the organization’s operations. Gathering and analyzing data from completed projects and reporting on their outcomes. Reviewing and coordinating arrangements for new office accommodations Developing, assessing, and negotiating modifications to contracts, programs, projects, and services. Addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to contracts, programs, projects, services, and impacted individuals. Managing the documentation associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services delivered. Qualification & Experience Relevant qualification as a Contract Administrator is required. Minimum 2 years of proven experience.
