The Senior Veterinary Receptionist position has been established to be the first point of contact for members of the public. They are responsible for general receptionist duties such as making appointments, responding to a range of queries, greeting visitors, and providing a consistently high level of customer service.
Making appointments for veterinary services and responding to various customer queries via phone or email.
Greeting all visitors to the clinic.
Maintaining cleanliness in the reception and waiting areas.
Providing advice to customers on animal care and recommending retail and preventative products.
Liaising between internal and external stakeholders, including clinic customers and veterinarians.
Maintaining reception area and consult room supplies.
Handling general administration duties.
Assisting the Practice Manager as required.
Following up on all new trainees and their development.
Assisting in entering Vets roster into EZYVET.
