The Consultant for the Learning and Development department plays a pivotal role in project/program management, client management, and training content delivery. Working closely with the L&D Director, this position requires a proactive and strategic approach to meet individual and project-specific targets across the Asia Pacific Region. Task & Responsibilities Project/Program Management: Project/program management in collaboration with the L&D Director. Perform tasks including setting up projects in Kantata, establishing contracts/Statements of Work (SoW), project tracking, and reporting. Manage project budget, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets. Engage in hands-on project work, such as building training plans and conducting pQ (project quality) interviews. Client Management: Work closely with the regional director to maintain and enhance client relationships. Collaborate on proposal and tender responses, providing support in their creation. Keep communication channels open with clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding their evolving needs. Training Content and Delivery: Tailor content for clients, encompassing eLearning and training programs. Maintain and enhance the content library, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Main facilitator for the open training program, and where practical for client training, ensuring effective delivery and engagement. Incorporate enhanced training materials created for clients into the central content library and eLearning platforms. General: Actively contribute to the consulting pool during non-training periods. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Learning and Development. Stakeholder/Client Relationships Strong communication skills Develop and maintain external client relationships Manage expectations on internal client service Qualification & Experience Skill and experience required: Bachelor degree or equivalent employment experience in a related role. Experience in business process analysis, organizational development, or a similar role. Experience with change management and systems analysis is preferred.
