The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include;
Effectively manage a large production team, with a focus on continued development across people to build a strong team consistence with growth across the site.
Drive a safety first culture and promote staff to identify and implement OH&S improvements.
Educate, coach, engage and develop to create high performing team to achieve/exceed KPIs.
