Details: The Parks and Conservation Service (PCS) is a Branch within the Environment Division of Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) and is responsible for planning and management of parks and reserves. It protects and conserves the natural and cultural resources of the ACT, promotes appropriate recreational, educational and scientific uses of our national parks and nature reserves.
The Ranger-In-Charge position is responsible for the supervision of Rangers, Technical Officers and Field staff in the coordination and delivery of a broad range of protected area management programs within a specific management area.
