The Role :
Manage all wedding & social leads and conversion
Conduct site inspections, client meetings and liaison, create detailed event orders, invoicing and floorplans & written correspondence to the highest standard
Establish a strong and attentive relationship with clients to ensure the event is executed as planned
Work co-operatively with operations and kitchen teams to coordinate every aspect of our events to ensure seamless delivery
Maintain relationships with external suppliers including equipment, theming, photographers and audio-visual companies
Plan other events as required
