An exciting opportunity has become available for a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator to join one of our facilities in Hawks Nest- Peter Sinclair Gardens , 64-bed residential care home. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for engaging with our residents in a range of meaningful lifestyle and social activities to empower them to maintain their independence. The Role:
