Location: Nobbys Beach Salary: $73,150 - $80,000 per year + supperannuation - depending on experience BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain the seamless and efficient running of our restaurant, ensuring Franc Jrs' commitment to delivering excellent dining experiences. Manage budgets, cost control, and inventory, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used efficiently. Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment to maintain high standards of service and hospitality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, meeting regulatory requirements and exceeding customer expectations. Lead customer satisfaction efforts, managing reservations, overseeing service quality, and addressing any issues to ensure a memorable dining experience. Maintain records and operational reports, including tracking customer feedback and implementing improvements where necessary. Qualification & Experience At least 3 years of full-time work experience in restaurant management. Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and budgets. Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. A high level of food and beverage knowledge. High level of customer service and attention to detail. Possess a positive can-do attitude, even when working in high-pressure environments. Flexible to work across a rotating roster including late nights and weekends and some public holiday.
