Technical Skills Required:
Support the development strategy and manage planning applications.
Draft application materials, correspondence, and reports.
Engage and coordinate various consultants, ensuring project success.
Understand and apply core and relevant legislation and statutory planning requirements.
Undertake site investigations, due diligence, and provide general planning advice.
