Reporting to the Head of Finance this role is to act as the decision support partner to the business and provide key financial support and input into decisions making.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:
Forecasting, performance & planning and financial reporting/control
Provide detailed financial analysis by using data analytical skills
Using Powerpoint or Power BI to demonstrate the insights and analysis
Key contributor to the maintenance of a strong balance sheet control and understanding
Review planning models to ensure business inputs and group assumptions are reflected
Stakeholder management, and responding to business and finance stakeholder queries, present results to senior stakeholders.
As a Finance Business Partner we are seeking the following skills and experience:
Seeking a CA/CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified candidate
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a finance business partnering capacity
Experience in Banking is essential therefore a strong understanding of a consumer bank balance sheet and P&L.
Data and business intelligence skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI
Deep analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with senior stakeholder management in complex, change environments
