The Role
Due to the volume of freight that gets passed through their operation, the current team are involved in a variety of duties which offers great upskilling and cross-training opportunities. They have offices nationally however this role is based in Brisbane.
The role is a mix between Ocean Export Operations and Customer Service.
Be the liaison point for all Export Customers including processing of documentation
Have solid knowledge of Export processes & reporting requirements
Co-ordinate bookings with customers, transport, airlines
Be the liaison point with our overseas offices & agents
