Position: Restaurant manager (ANZSCO 141111)
Salary: $73,000 - $75,000 + 11.5% Superannuation
Location: 51/737 Anzac Parade, Maroubra NSW 2035
Our Client, "Maranello's Woodfired Pizza Restaurant" is looking for a restaurant manager to join the team.
Duties:
- Coordinating daily front and back of house restaurant operations
- Being present on the floor, supervising staff and resolving issues as they arise
- Taking reservations and optimize seating arrangements at peak service times
- Rostering staff to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours
- Monitoring inventory levels, managing regular ordering of supplies
- Maintaining records of financial transactions
- Preparing weekly reports on staff management, inventory control, income and expenses
- Collaborating with chefs to plan menus and set appropriate pricing according to budget
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation
- Maintaining a clean, comfortable and well-presented dining area
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Passion for customer service
- Relevant qualifications
