About the role:
You are a key individual of the Leadership team, asthe Engineering Manager.
You will drive and lead a team of engineering stafftodesign, project delivery and maintenance of assets. The budget will be divided between multiple types ofprojects including new equipment installations, energy efficiency, continuousimprovement and maintenance upgrades
Lead maintenance and project teams.
Ensure continued strong adherence to requiredguidelines and regulations
Expenditure reporting, analysis and annualbudgeting.
Hands-on project management and preventativemaintenance strategy implementation.
Effectively manage internal and externalstakeholders,
Foster an environment of psychological safety,inclusivity, and diversity of thought.
Engage globally with group company entities toleverage optimal engineering solutions to deliver manufacturing andcommercially advantageous outcomes.
Skills and Experience required:
Strong coaching, reporting and communication skills
Minimum of 2 years experience
