• Minimum two years full time relevant work experience. Australian local working experience is preferred.

Main duties to be performed:
1) Collecting information and conducting market research for the company’s products; conducting research for business opportunities in New South Wales, and potential business opportunities in Victoria, South Australia, Perth and other cities and towns of Australia.
2) Collecting information and conducting research for new products from China and other Asian suppliers.
3) Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives of the company.
4) Advising management team and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of company’s products and services.
5) Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints.
6) Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences; interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends.
7) Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new products and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information.
8) Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing products and services.
9) Liaising with clients, suppliers and relevant industry and government agencies to ensure the company is well informed on changing market conditions and trends.
10) Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and seles promotion, selling and distribution channels.
11) Monitoring, collecting and analyzing the company’s sales activities.
12) Making market plans to support the company business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
13) Participating in developing the company’s online searching and online ordering system.
14) Reporting to the management team about major issues arising and advising on solutions.
15) Training sales staff of the company.
