AM & S Ciavarella Management Pty Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Farm Operations and Innovation Manager to join their team in Stanbridge, NSW 2705.
The successful candidate will be responsible of:
- Operations Manager of all farming duties of our mixed farming enterprise comprising of Viticulture, Horticulture, Summer Cereal Cropping, Winter Cereal Cropping, Fat Lamb production.
- Day to day management of the maintenance, service and repair of Ciavarella Farm’s various Agricultural Machineries and Equipment.
- Managing our various rental accommodations.
- Assist in managing operations of our transport business.
- Incorporate Innovation into Operations and look at funding options in the Innovation space.
Skills & Abilities:
- Relevant Farm Management experience in Australia or similar and AQF Associate Degree.
- Be Honest and respectful to others.
- Be able to work Cooperatively.
- Ideally have farm machinery experience.
- Be able to work independently.
- Have strong mechanical diagnostics ability.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified Agronomist or Farm Operations Manager. Agricultural industry understanding is strongly preferred.
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 per year commensurate with experience
