The Role
The Village Manager is expected to professionally manage the Village in alignment with SCC Values, policies and procedures, and to ensure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act. The position is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the Residents Committee, Residents, their families, the community, service providers and all SCC internal services, in particular the Home Care team, promoting SCC Home Care services.
