Your new role
In your new role, you will assist the Finance Manager, Directors and the Management team. Key responsibilities will be:
Process and manage invoices, reimbursements, and payments.
Handle bank transactions and reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Assist with managing payroll and superannuation contributions.
Preparation and lodging of BAS.
Assist in preparing and processing payment of Accounts Payable in mid-month and end of Month payment runs.
Manage collection of delinquent fees.
Oversee preparation of weekly debtors reports for Directors.
Reconciliation of general ledgers.
Assist in HR administration duties.
