About the Role
Seeking a Business Analyst with 5 years' experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, business case preparation, and market investigation. Must have worked on digital projects like website transformations, CMS (SiteCore), and CRM (MS Dynamics). Requires strong documentation skills, web development knowledge, and proficiency in MS SharePoint, Office suite, and Visio.
Key accountabilities include:
Gather and document requirements, process mapping, and preparation of business cases and market investigation documents like EOIs and RFPs.
Assist in testing documentation and activities, and document business process changes using swim lane diagrams and other workflow diagrams.
Manage digital projects such as website transformations, CMS (SiteCore), CRM (MS Dynamics), and digital forms platforms.
