Position Overview The Deputy Associate is part of a team who assist the Judge in the day-to-day management of Chambers and Court. The role of the Deputy Associate is to assist the Associate and deputise for them when they are on leave. This position does not involve exposure to family law matters. Key Responsibilities and Duties The Deputy Associate works closely with, and is supervised by, Judge Lucevs Associate. The role of the Deputy Associate includes, but is not limited to:
Court attendance, including the provision of administrative assistance in the courtroom.
Assisting Judge Lucevs Associate in the day-to-day management of chambers. (including the preparation of correspondence, liaising with practitioners and court staff, using the Courts case management system and assisting with docket management).
