Working on a small yet high needs portfolio, you will the right arm to this senior manager. A typical day will include duties such as;
Full admin support to the senior Owners Corporation Manager
Prepare submissions, reports, papers, letters, meeting minutes and agendas
Lodge and monitor insurance claims
Draft FRV submissions for false fire alarms
Draft communications
Attend ADM and committee meetings (after hours work will be required - time off in lieu)
