Your New Opportunity:
An excellent Full Time Permanent opportunity exists for a WarrantyAdministrator to join our dynamic team, at our Vehicle Processing Centre (VPC) located in Brisbane, Wacol.The successful candidate will provide warranty administration processing to the VPC Department and deliver first class customer service to our internal customers through:
Co-ordinate day to day administration of the VPC warranty claims.
Build relationships with customers both internally and externally to ensure ongoing business and to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Interact directly with internal Product, Engineering and Technical teams.
Interact directly with VPC team and national OE warranty team.
Provide support to external and internal customers and the VPC Service Advisor for all invoicing and warranty requirements.
