Job description
This Role: This role involves managing direct key accounts and overseeing local distributor relationships while supporting fragrance collection management and development. The successful candidate will work closely with regional teams on strategic business growth initiatives, aligning with marketing, consumer insights, and innovation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Management: Drive sales growth in the fragrance and cosmetics sectors across Australia and New Zealand.
Business Development: Identify segment needs, set targets, and prioritize actions to acquire new business.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts across brand marketing, R&D, innovation, procurement, supply chain, and material planning teams.
Project Management: Lead project teams through the brief-to-adoption process to meet business objectives, collaborating with perfumers, fragrance development experts, and marketing professionals.
