The Compensation Processing and Payments branch sits within the Client Benefits Division and is focused on providing a high quality and timely service to eligible veterans and their families to ensure access to a wide range of health and wellbeing services. APS 6 Team Leaders (APS 6) manage a team of staff who assess and make determinations in relation to compensation and income support claims received from current and former serving Australian Defence Force (ADF) members (including via their advocates or representatives).
