Position Summary:
The ICT Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives that support the company's business goals. The role involves identifying new technology opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the integration of ICT solutions within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies for ICT services that align with the company’s objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and technology partners to foster business opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging technology needs and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and at industry conferences to promote the company’s ICT capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.
Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects.
Manage the ICT sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management.
Requirements:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the ICT or construction industry.
Strong understanding of ICT solutions and their application in the construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving business development targets and managing client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
