What will you be doing?
- Complete thorough audits of all daily revenue and postings, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Collate paperwork for departures, including credit card and company chares to be forwarded to Accounts department.
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standard
- Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
